To ensure the products reach your address in the best condition, we follow the packing procedures as laid down by international standards:

All orders placed with us will be delivered to your address through logistics express surface service or through our dispatch and delivery team. All processed orders can be tracked using the tracking code supplied to you by our system.
The normal delivery time of the products ordered is based on location and vary across different cities in India. Our products can be delivered anywhere across India, through our logistics express surface service or through our dispatch and delivery team.

In case of urgent or faster delivery of your order, please contact our customer care team for air freight options, available at an extra surcharge. Note:not all products are allowed as air cargo.

    For the items delivered by express courier, their respective policies apply.
    We are not responsible for missed/late deliveries due to curfews, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war. We reserve the right to deny services to any sender, without any explanation and are not liable for more than the retail cost of products.
    We shall try our best for prompt delivery; delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation.
    In spite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, we will not be responsible for a mis-delivery if the receiver of the product at the address on the order form misappropriates, damages or fails to hand over the product to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.
    Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified during registration.

    Complaints and Quality

    For complaints we receive after the delivery about the quality issues, a credit will be offered for the next delivery.
    Complaints received at the time of product delivery for fragile items (Organic Juice and Cookies etc) will be handled on a case by case basis. This is because such fragile or tender products don’t have a long shelf life and are subject to vagaries of weather & handling.
    We guarantee product freshness at the time of delivery, so we encourage people to send in complaints, if any, ideally at the time of accepting the delivery, so that refunds/credits can be easily processed.
    There are a few characteristics of organic produce that need to be accepted by customers. In cases where a customer does not acknowledge this, he/she has the option of returning the products at the time of delivery. The following are some examples to illustrate this point :-
    Produce being made by hand might be uneven, not very uniform in shape or color. But it is genuine and good inside. Traditional Organic is not about perfect looks, and doesn’t rely on artificial growth promoters, preservatives or chemicals or mechanical means to enhance physical appeal. The uneven looks are a symbol of uniqueness of each lot produced with non-mechanical means. Best as the nature intended them to be.
    There might be slight variations in color, size, or taste over different lots of products. Again, it is because the characteristics of the sun dried raw material and hand made produce can change with the weather.
